's what we know at the moment. the victim is a former california builder named gregory fall there is his picture. he filed a complaint against mcphee for firing guns and what he called rogue behavior according to the site here. they also say mcif he was arrested for unlicensed drug manufacturing and possession of unlicensed weapon in april. he was building a house there where he was working on developing herbal medicine but that was a cover for using hallucinogenic drugs. mcphee talked about his april arrest in a you tube video. >> 66-year-old man who would never expect 42 armed soldiers and police to storm into his property in riot gear. never happened. sure it will never happen again. in fact i have never had an incounter with the police on any negative level. >>reporter: he left mcphee in 1994 before it was sold to intel 2 years ago for more than 7 billion dollars. since then he started this company 2010 with operation in belize. the company is trying to produce commercial all natural antibiotics. now back in april mcphee was arrested there for unlicensed drug manufacturing.

, the cold front that is about to hit us up here means hot dry winds in state of california. that fact is no stranger to people here on the panel. it doesn't take much to fan hot, dry vegetation that has been soaking in that hot sun. when i say soaking, it means it gets the moisture level so low where it's kindling in the forest. you have more people moving in, more vegetation growing, it's a recipe for nature trying to do its thing and people in the way. so with this, it takes a lot of support whether we're talking about the fire lines, behind the fire lines or been above the fire lines to provide that support. it takes a whole mix of people whether it's the department of defense and even fema having roles to play in that. bob fenton, the assistant chief of fema, used to be the division chief in division 9. he is no stranger to this area, born and raised here, this is his home and so he does have a care and an interest in this community and beyond. and so with that it is hard to fill being his replacement at the regional level because not only to fill his shoes all the great work

of california board of regents confirmed the appointment of a new chancellor for uc berkeley this morning. nicholas starks will be the university's tenth chancellor. dirks is currently an executive vice president and dean at columbia university. he also worked as a professor of history and anthropology. dirks will take over as berkeley's chancellor starting june of next year. his salary will be around $468,000 a year. >>> a new sex abuse claim against the moraga school district alleges that another former student was sexually abused by teacher dan whiters and that the district could have prevented it. whiters was a joaquin moraga teacher that was investigated for sex abuse when he committed suicide. this after the district came to an agreement with two other students. >>> a third man claim that is he had sex with the former puppeteer for elmo. he met clash when he was 16 years old. the latest suit acknowledges clash and the teen kept in touch and even continued their relationship once the man turned 18. clash resigned from sesame workshop last week. a spokeswoman believes this lawsuit ha
